Dermaplaning: professional vs. at home treamtent

While an at home dermaplane can be nice for the convenience, it’s not as effective as a professional dermaplaning when it comes to removing layers of dead cells and buildup in the pores.

The blade you are using at home most likely is just barely skimming the surface of the skin, removing the small tiny hairs from your face but not much else. And maybe that might be all that you want it for. But in my opinion, if you’re gonna go through the effort of dermaplaning your skin you might as well get the full benefit.

With professional dermaplaning, I use a medical-grade scalpel that is sharper and more precise really allowing the blade to come into contact with the skin, removing dead cells, flaky dead skin, and build up in the pores.

Dermaplaning the skin provides a multitude of benefits:
Instantly will
✔️smooth skin
✔️ even skin tone
✔️ remove dead skin and dull appearance
✔️ removes annoying hair and peach fuzz allowing for better penetration of skincare and smoother makeup application
✔️clears pores reducing breakouts

Repeat services overtime will:
✔️Reduce fine lines
✔️Reduce hyperpigmentation
✔️Reduce acne scaring
✔️reduce pore size

You can’t beat a professional dermaplane. Which is why I’ve added more dermaplaning options to my menu so coming every 4-6 weeks can be attainable for everyone!
